6. Monthly Services and Cancellation
Ongoing SEO services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may cancel your ongoing services at any time by providing written notice to Seek & Signal.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current monthly service period.
If you cancel partway through a monthly service period, the fees for that month remain payable in full. We will continue to provide the agreed services until the end of that monthly service period, subject to any outstanding client responsibilities or other circumstances affecting delivery.
No further monthly service fees will be charged after the cancellation takes effect.
Any specific cancellation arrangements agreed in writing between Seek & Signal and a client will apply to that engagement.
7. Client Responsibilities
Where you engage Seek & Signal for services, you may need to provide information, materials, approvals, access or other assistance reasonably required for us to perform the agreed services.
You are responsible for ensuring that information, materials, claims, instructions and other content you provide to Seek & Signal are accurate and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use them.
You are also responsible for maintaining any accounts, subscriptions, domains, websites or third-party services that are owned or controlled by you unless otherwise agreed.
Delays caused by missing information, approvals, access or other client-provided requirements may affect the timing of our work.
Any specific client responsibilities will be set out in the applicable service agreement, proposal or other written arrangement where appropriate.

If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
